that you will ever accomplish is determined by the quality of the routines that you form. Renowned success coach Brian Tracey states that the one habit that guarantees all the others is self-discipline. He says that the ability to discipline yourself, to master yourself, to control yourself, is the most important quality that you can develop as a person. The habit of self-discipline goes hand in hand with success in every area of life. I want to share with you a habit that I love it was taught to me by my coach Jack Canfield. He calls it the hour of power. If you spend an hour a day to do these three things, you will be happier in life, healthier, and more motivated than you’ve ever felt.
You can do these activities all at once of breaking them up during the day. However, the morning is the most important time of the day because whatever you do first thing in the morning will set you up for the rest of the day. This habit has worked wonders for me, I practice it every day, and on days that I have time, I add more time to one or more of these activities. It just gets me in good mood, it inspires me and sets me up to start my day in a positive tone and things just seem to go better (or I'm able to handle it better) when I do this. Remember, I'm always here to help if you have any questions on the hour of power or on how to reach your goals and dreams, email me at Toni@drToniCamacho.com p.s. check out this week's 2-minute video tip - the topic is what is holistic success.
