The whole idea behind the law of attraction is you attract experiences that match your predominant feelings and beliefs as they stand now. Therefore, regardless of your current circumstances, it is very important to feel good now. A simple and fun way to feel good is by giving and receiving hugs. Research shows that hugging is extremely effective at healing sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and stress. A proper deep hug, where the hearts are pressing together, can instantly boost oxytocin levels, which heal feelings of loneliness, isolation, and anger. Moreover, hugs make us feel warm and fuzzy inside and can also do wonders for our well-being. Why not hug a friend today?

I invite you to do an inventorying your life’s successes. Too often this gets missed, and we forget to recognize what’s gone well. A large part of success is about your state of mind – it’s about having a success mindset and this success mindset requires cultivation. Therefore, focus on what you’ve accomplished, rather than a long overwhelming list of what you’ve still got to do. Celebrate every success, no matter how small the win, by telling yourself ‘I am successful’ or ‘I can succeed because I’ve succeeded before’ you build up your self-belief and success attitude.
Think, as you take your last breaths, what do you want to have done with your life? Then focus your time on those activities or tasks that will take you in that direction. In the end, no one else but you gets to decide what makes your life well lived.
Let's talk about hugs again.. got to love those hugs... Research shows that hugging and also laughter are extremely effective at healing sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and stress. We could live without hugs, but it would be like dying slowly, a little every day. There is a saying by Virginia Satir, a respected family therapist, “We need four hugs a day for survival. We need eight hugs a day for maintenance. We need twelve hugs a day for growth.” Studies show that hugs have a very powerful effect on our brains and help us achieve a state of relaxation and comfort while allowing us to better deal with stress and fear. Therefore, even if not 8, you still need to work on getting your daily dose of hugs. So keep on hugging and spreading the love!
