This technique is called heart coherence and it was created by the HeartMath Institute, it is a very easy practice that creates a state of coherence in about 60 seconds by releasing stress and stopping draining emotions such as frustration, irritation, anxiety, and anger. That is because When you are in a coherent state, your thoughts and emotions are balanced, and you experience ease and inner harmony. I’m telling you, it is amazing and you are going to love it. That is it! That is the exercise. You should feel a sense of calm or peace by the one or two-minute mark. But you can continue doing the exercise as long as you like. I sometimes stay focused on heart breathing for 15minutes, it feels so good it is hard to stop!
