1 apple, cut in quarters away from the core
1 carrot, cut in half 1 stalk of celery, cut in half 1 cup of frozen mango Juice of 1 lemon 1 small piece of fresh ginger root 1 cup of coconut water Place ingredients in your high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, stopping intermittently if ingredients need to be mixed.
