The main ingredient is cilantro. Cilantro gently removes toxins from the body, and it even eliminates metals like arsenic, cadmium, aluminum, lead, and mercury in our tissues. Amazing!
Here is the recipe
½ of bunch cilantro
The juice of ½ of lemon
½ a cucumber (optional)
1 cup of coconut water
Optional: add 1 serving of chlorella or a teaspoon of Vitamineral Green from Health Force Nutritionals
Place ingredients in a blender, blend, and drink immediately
An alternative is to make it into a highly anti-inflammatory smoothie, add 1 apple, little bit of fennel and ginger. Yum!
