coronavirus (COVID-19) to see or listen too. We all need a distraction to break up our days at the moment. I did, however, dedicated my next radio show to the herbs that can help you if you do get infected with the virus. It aired today, click here to listen to it or to listen to my previous show. So today I'm writing about essential oils that can help you if you have seasonal allergy symptoms. Regardless of what is going on right now, if you suffer from seasonal allergies, you have symptoms now and they need relief. So here is a list of essential oils I have found useful to relieve my allergy symptoms:
Use these essential oils individually or mix them and create your own respiratory support formula. But for convenience (and to save money), you can also get an antimicrobial and respiratory support essential oils formulas on my website. These can be used to relieve congestion and prevent sinus infections. All the essential oils listed in this email can be used to loosen up your stuffy nose. One of the best methods to do this is by steam inhalation. The way you do it is to hold your head over a pot of boiling water, add about 5 drops of the essential oil of your choice (or a combination of antimicrobial essential oils). Breathe slowly through your nose but be careful to not burn yourself. This also helps with sinus infections. You can also get some relief an essential oil diffuser in your bedroom (use 10 drops of essential oil). Additionally, you may add one drop (only one) of eucalyptus or juniper essential oil to your saltwater rinse or neti-pot. Remember, I'm always here to help if you have any questions of essential oil for seasonal allergies email me at Toni@drToniCamacho.com Stay safe, and I will see you next week Toni
