These days, almost everyone can relate to the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks, which means that it’s totally okay for you to be open with them about the way you’ve been feeling. If you’re out and about when anxiety hits, let them know that you need a change of pace and might want to go home early - they’ll understand. If you’re stuck at home without the will to leave your house, reaching out to let someone know that you’re stuck in a rut can help pull you out. Your friends might even have some guidance on what to do or how to feel better. If they know you well enough, they could even point out something that might have triggered you to feel that way.
