In order to foster healthy love in your life, it’s important to take time to reach out to the people you love and show them that you’re thinking of them. Maybe this means writing a short letter to a grandparent. Maybe this means calling your mom. Maybe this means sending an email out of the blue to your friend who lives on the other side of the world to check-in and says, “I love you.”
Knowing that someone is thinking and caring about you is paramount to feeling loved and worthy and whole as a human. So make it a habit to reach out to people you care about – doing so will make you feel better too.
As a homework assignment, I'm going to ask you to think of one person who you haven’t connected with in a while. Then think what kind of gesture you plan on making to reach out to them in the upcoming week.
Remember, I'm always here to help if you have any questions on ways to reach out to love ones shoot me an email at toni@drToniCamacho.com
