promotes energy flow through the meridians.
Meridian stretching is a method developed by Shiatsu therapist, Shizuto Masunaga. It is a yoga-like system, with a vast array of movements and stretches to be practiced with the intention of using them to restore balance and circulation in the body.
These stretches tonify each meridian pair and improve organ function, energy flow, and emotions. The goal is to relieve tightness, not to force yourself beyond what is comfortable and then feel pain. The more you practice, the more comfortable they become and the higher the effect on well-being and disease prevention.
And they are not super complicated yoga poses. For example, check out the exercises below to support Liver/Gallbladder meridians, do these two exercises for 5 minutes in the morning and another 5 minutes at the end of the day. That's it! that's all it takes.
Remember, I'm always here to help. if you have any questions on liver/gallbladder health email me at ContactToni@drToniCamacho.com or click here to learn more about my herbal supplement to support liver health.
Have a great week!
