You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! For web orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal cards registered within the U.S or Canada. If you are using a pre-paid gift card (such as a Visa gift card), then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.
PHONE
For phone orders, please have your complete order ready along with your credit card information. Customer Service is available for phone orders only for San Diego area from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Phone orders are taken for those that have approval by Dr. Toni Camacho (phone number to reach Dr. Toni is usually given after a consultation). Sorry, we are unable to accept orders left on our voicemail system. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will call as quickly as possible to assist you. For phone orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada. If you are using a pre-paid gift card (such as a Visa gift card), then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.
If you prefer to order by mail, you may write the items you wish to purchase on a piece of paper. Please include your name, shipping address and telephone number along with what you wish to order. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada (NO Cash!). Please allow up to 8 days for first class mail to reach our offices. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Moongazing Herbal Apothecary and mailed to our address:

For orders placed using our catalog, please note you will be charged shipping based on published UPS and/or FedEx charges. The catalog shipping prices are estimates only, so please call ahead for accurate shipping charges, or you may be contacted for additional payment for shipping costs. LOCAL PICKUP
If you wish to pick your order up directly at our San Diego location, simply mention this to the customer service representative, or select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. Please note that our pick-up location is not a retail store and all orders must be placed in advance. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges. All orders must be received by 2PM Monday through Saturday for next day pickup. Orders received by the cut-off time will be ready after 12PM the following business day. Feel free to call us to confirm that your order is ready. Do NOT show up without confirmation that your order is ready (or before the address to pick up has been given to you by Dr. Toni). We look forward to meeting you!

Add-ons & Adjustments
If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted on our website - such as an address correction - please contact us immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order. If your package has already shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or expedited services, and you find that you need to have it rerouted to a new location, we may be able to reroute the package for you for a minimum $15.00 fee. Please note that this is not available for USPS Priority Mail, and reroute services may delay the delivery of your package. Additional fees may apply based upon the shipping service and the final destination of the package. Please call customer service immediately for details and assistance with reroutes.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations must be submitted by 3PM Pacific Time on the day you submit your order, and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. We are unable to cancel orders with expedited shipping. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 3 PM deadline, you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate product refund.
